Wojtek is much more than just an employee—he is a truly remarkable human being who embodies the values of dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment.
Originally from Kluczbork, Poland, Wojtek embarked on a life-changing journey to Ireland over a decade ago. Despite facing significant language barriers and the challenge of adapting to a new culture, Wojtek seamlessly integrated into our team. His dedication to quality and efficiency, along with his ever-present smile, has made him an indispensable part of our workforce.
But there's more to Wojtek than his stellar work performance. He's also our resident plant whisperer, taking care of our office greenery as if they were his own family. He's a true protector of nature, extending his kindness to all living creatures, whether it's tending to our office beehive, looking after a stray cat (and her adorable kittens), or simply lending a helping hand Wojtek's heart knows no bounds.
Beyond his work with us, Wojtek is a volunteer army reservist with the Irish Defence Forces. His service is a heartfelt commitment to giving back to the country that welcomed him. His dedication was recognised when he was named Soldier of the Year in 2021, and he has recently achieved the rank of Corporal.
In our eyes, Wojtek Kaczor is the epitome of the Employee of the Year. His contributions, both professionally and as a caring member of our community, deserve the highest recognition. We are proud to have Wojtek on our team at SWAG.eu, and wish him the best of luck.
